At We Developers, we respect your privacy and provide users with the ability to delete their accounts and personal data in accordance with data protection laws, including GDPR and other applicable regulations.

• Right to Delete Your Account
  

  You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data stored on our systems. Once your request is verified and processed, your account will be permanently deleted, and this action cannot be reversed.

• What Happens When You Delete Your Account
  

  When you delete your account:

  • Your profile and login credentials will be permanently removed.
  • Your eSIM history and purchase records will be anonymized, where legally allowed.
  • Any unused eSIM plans or credits associated with your account will be forfeited.
  • All support tickets and communication history will be erased.
  
  

  Important: Deletion does not affect past financial or regulatory records required to be retained for legal or compliance reasons (e.g., transaction logs or invoices).

• How to Delete Your Account
  

  You can request account deletion in one of the following ways:

  • Via App or Website (if supported)

  • Email Request

    Send an email to info@wwesim.com from the registered email address with subject: Account Deletion Request. Include the following:

    • Full Name
    • Registered Email ID
    • Reason for deletion (optional)

  We will verify your request and confirm deletion within 7 business days.

• Data Retention Post Deletion
  

  We may retain limited data for:

  • Legal, tax, or regulatory compliance
  • Fraud prevention or dispute resolution
  • Internal auditing and financial reporting
  • This retention is done only when legally necessary and in accordance with applicable laws.

• Account Reactivation
  

  Once deleted, accounts cannot be recovered. You may create a new account at any time, but previous eSIMs, transactions, or history will not be restored.
